Park Thermal's Re-Circulating Atmosphere Draw/Tempering Furnaces have been engineered and designed with our customers needs and demands in mind, which include: A robust steel plate outer shell construction. Properly engineered re-circulation fan system with an adjustable louvered plenum for optimum uniformity. Robust door construction and helical worm gear driven operation to provide a positive seal. Ceramic fibre lining for fast heat-up and cool down. Easy access to the heating equipment with an easily removable plug located on the side wall for access to the heating elements. A removeable furnace back plate. User friendly NEMA 12 control panel assembly. Nitrogen flow scope to monitor and adjust the Nitrogen atmosphere.

ANNEALING FURNACE
Park Thermal Annealing Furnaces are used to subject (glass or metal) to a process of heating and slow cooling in order to toughen and reduce brittleness. They are also used to strengthen or harden. Park Thermal provides custom options for all of your requirements.
BATCH OVENS
Built to provide maximum economy while assuring heat uniformity, Park Thermal's Re-Circulating Batch Ovensare engineered and built for a number of processes including; drawing tempering curing drying stress-relieving and aging where temperatures up to 1000°F are required. Uniform temperature is achieved by utilizing custom engineered fans and baffles.
BOX | BENCH TOP FURNACES
Park Thermal Box | Bench Top Furnaces can be custom made to your precise size and requirements. They offer extra light-weight and provide excellent thermal efficiency. Additionally, they can be manufactured to operate on different voltages or under nitrogen atmosphere if required. Companion tempering furnaces of the same size or larger rated up to 1250°F are available and are complete withstainless steel fan and baffle arrangement for good temperature uniformity.
CAR BOTTOM FURNACE

Park Thermal Gas Fired Car Bottom Furnaces are engineered and constructed for heat treatment processes including annealingnormalizing and stress relieving.

Uniform temperature control is achieved by dividing the furnace into various temperature control zones with a cam programmer and various remote/local set point solid-state controls enabling the unit to operate in a fully automatic or manual mode.

CONTINUOUS FURNACE, METAL FINISHING & AUTOMATED SYSTEMS
Continuous Furnaces are classified according to the number of heating zones (two to five), the method of moving the heated billets (pusher-type and walking-beam furnaces), and special structural features (underside-heating and uphill furnaces). The furnaces are heated by gaseous or liquid fuel using burners or atomizers located mainly on the back walls of the heating and soaking zones; less frequently the burners are attached to the side walls and furnace roof.
DROP BOTTOM FURNACE
The concept of a Drop Bottom Furnace is very simple, and its name is derived from the process. The product, often loaded in baskets or on a grid, is positioned under the oven and is attached to a lift mechanism. The load is then lifted into the chamber and the doors, located on the bottom, are closed. The oven then proceeds with the heat treat of the load. At a prescribed time, the doors open, and the load is lowered at a near free fall rate into a waiting quench tank.
